We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

What We Collect

Our app collects and stores only the data you choose to provide when using community features:

• User Identifier: We use a unique identifier (userRecordID provided by Apple's CloudKit/iCloud) to associate your actions in the community, such as posting, commenting, liking, owning posts. This helps maintain the functionality of the iStitcher Community.

• User Content: Any content you voluntarily create and share, including:

• Text (posts, descriptions, comments, nicknames, tools (Grids with Symbols, Free-form, Pixel Art) , links to your social networks if you choose to add them).

• Photos (images attached to posts).

This content is stored in a public iCloud database (via CloudKit) and becomes visible to all other users of the app. You fully control what you post or share - nothing is collected or shared automatically without your action.

How We Use Your Data

• The collected data is used exclusively for providing and improving the core functionality of the app:

• Enabling community interactions (viewing posts, commenting, liking, identifying authors, blocking users).

• Displaying your content to others in the community as you intended.

• We do not use your data for advertising, analytics (beyond Apple's basic App Analytics), marketing, or any other purposes.

No Tracking

• We do not track your activity across apps.

• We do not share your user identifier or content with third parties for tracking, targeted advertising, or sale.

• No data brokers are involved.

Data Storage and Security

• All shared content is stored in Apple's iCloud public database using CloudKit.

• Private data (if any) that you do not share publicly remains protected by Apple's iCloud.

Your Control

• You decide what content to post or share is handled through the app (and syncs via CloudKit).

• If you stop using community features, no new content is added.

Policy Updates

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• We encourage you to review it periodically.
